im not in a very bloggery mood today. but still, shall just blog abt yesterday before i forget what had happened.

MONDAY 6TH JUNE 2005

celebrated darling junice's birthday at sentosa! but it was a rather quiet celebration because everyone had sia/mathsremedial/etcetc. was planning this day since the start of i dont know when. was calling people up like crazy on sunday and organising a tiny birthday picnic WAS NOT EASY. it was so irritating trying to contact everybody till i started sneezing non-stop larh. okay this doesn't make sense.

ohh and i fell rather sick on sunday night. was super sneezy and tired and i called junice to whine abt it. and she sympathetically lent a listening ear. HAHAH.

woke up early the next day to prepare the food. then went to meet tisiana and rachel at hougang mrt so that we can go to harbourfront together! when we finally reached, junice litang and edna were already there! okay we were kind of late actually. and YEEBENG was really sweet!!! even though she couldnt come because of maths remedial, she still woke up at 5 am in the morning to cook food to contribute to our picnic supply! OMG SHE'S SO NICE LARHH!

uncle edwin tisiana's father picked us up at harbourfront and drove us into sentosa to siloso beach! palawan was closed ): and when we reached the beach hurriedly laid out the picnic mat and took out all the food! our food looked very nice larhh! took out birthday cake first cos it has already been out for more than one hour and the cake auntie told us to REFRIGERATE. ahahahahha. and after we poked the candles in, to our horror, we realised that we HAVE FORGOTTEN TO BRING MATCHES/LIGHTERS. bad planning sighh.

so tisiana rachel and i decided to scout for matches or lighters and none of the shops around sells them! so we decided to look arnd for smokers and everyone were just like " oh sorry i dont smoke. we dont smoke actually! can u help us take a picture?"

then at the end we walked to some far far place when they rent out kayaks and asked but they didnt have! and so we looked at shangri-la and were like HEY WONT HOTELS HAVE MATCHES! and we went to the bar and asked if they had any and the man gave us one whole new box! YIPPEE skipped back to our picnic place.

the wind was rather strong so we had alot of difficulty lighting the candles larhh! and we started singing birthday song even before all the candles were lighted. then blow and cut cake. the cake collapsed a little after that long journey frm hougang and it was becomming a bit melty.

then ate cake YUMMY. after cake started picnicking i think. ate the food we brought and drank wheatgrass juice. the food was nice nice NICE. we are pro picnickers :D after food was play! we built a sandcastle!

then in the afternoon litang and tisiana had to leave! and there was only the four of us left. so it became rather boring and edna and i were starting to fall asleep. and junice and rachel decided to leave us alone and go explore.

and FINALLY meijiao and charis came. after their bio sia. force them to eat all the food and the cake that we put aside for them. the cake was gross it was left out under the sun for like four five hours already YUCK. but charis still ate it up happily.

and we rented bicycles and went bicycling! took the jungle trail. haiyahh we are such failures at bicycling. edna was screaming away most of the time. wanted to take the challenge trail then decided that it was already too late so we rode back to the bicycle shop. and then we went to watch the animal show! it was rather lame.

junice went to take a picture with that monkey. erm brave. then edna had to leave after that ))))): the rest of us then went to play in the water again and sat down on the sand and talk and take photos.

after that it was getting late so we packed up and left. we left sentosa, tired happy and sunburnt sunkissed.
